When purchasing a balloon gift at www.Bubble Bobble Balloons you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. Your statuary rights as a consumer are not affected by any of the following Terms and conditions.

PRICING POLICY
All prices shown the website include the delivery cost ( Guaranteed next day ) and all prices are inclusive of VAT. There is no further charge made at the checkout.

Bubble Bobble Balloons make every effort to ensure the pricing and specifications of products are as accurate as possible. If a product is mispriced or not accurate we will contact you and let you decide how you would like to proceed.

DELIVERY POLICY
Bubble Bobble Balloons can only deliver to the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.

Bubble Bobble Balloons cannot be held responsible for late or non delivery due to a customer leaving a incorrect delivery address.

Bubble Bobble Balloons cannot be held responsible for late delivery due to nobody being at the delivery location when Royal Mail attempts to deliver the balloon in a box.

Royal Mails Next day delivery is Guaranteed to arrive the next day before 1pm. Should your Balloon gift arrive late we will refund delivery cost £4.50 for that order after we have claim it back from Royal Mail. Please allow 28 days.
We cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal mail due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action of postal workers, terrorist act or natural disasters or any other incidents which are beyond our control.

Balloons which are transported by air (Channel islands, Northern Ireland and Scotland) could burst on very rare occasions due to the result of air pressure.
Bubble Bobble Balloons cannot accept responsbility if this happens because this is beyond our control. Customers orders for these destinations at their own risk.

All balloon gifts for monday delivery must be placed on the friday before 2.30pm.There is a small chance Royal Mail could deliver the Balloon gift on the Saturday if the mailing address is a private residential one. As this is beyond our control we can not offer a refund for a early delivery but we will place a ' Do not open untill Monday' sticker on all gifts sent on the Friday. It is up to the recipient to follow these instructions.

Once a delivery has been signed for at the delivery address Bubble Bobble Balloons will no longer be responsible and refunds will not be given if the balloon gift does not pass onto the named recipient.

EXTRA CONFETTI
The extra confetti is not always Guaranteed to shower on to the floor due to royal mails delivery service they can sometimes tip the box and the confetti that we placed on top of the balloon can sometimes fall off the balloon so it only whats left on top of the balloon that will fall of when the balloon floats up.

RETURNS POLICY
All balloons are perishable products under the UK Distance selling Regulations(2000) we do not accept returns for unwanted balloons.
On rare occasions the balloon could be damaged or not arrive due to circumstances beyond our control. In such circumstances please report a complaint within 5 days of the delivery date.

DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
If a item is missing from your order or damaged we will replace it or refund you for the cost of the missing or damaged item only, not the whole order. Royal Mail can sometimes transport balloons on national flights to uk destinations the balloon  could burst on very rare occasions due to the result of air pressure.

Should you have a complaint regarding your balloon purchase please email customerservice@bubblebobbleballoons alternatively please phone us (01375842687) . All complaints should be reported within 5 days of the delivery date , we aim to respond to your complaint within one day and resolve the matter within five days.
All refunds are given at our discretion and looked at individually.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be cancelled up to 2 working days prior to the delivery date. A full refund will be issued within 30 days of cancellation.

All our Balloon gifts are perishable and we are exempt from giving callcellation rights ( uk distance selling regulations 2000 ) on Balloon gifts that have already been dispatched.

PRIVACY POLICY
Bubble Bobble Balloons will not disclose buyers information to third parties under any circumstances. We only ever collect the information we need to process your order.
All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act 1998.

STOCK
We reserve the right to substitute your balloon or gift with a similar choice,of equivalent or higher cost at no extra cost to you.
Were time allows before dispatch, we will contact you by email to give you the option of accepting the substituted balloon or gift.
This only happens On rare occasions during busy times where people have checked out at the check out before you.

YOUR SAFETY
Helium gas is a safe non-flammable, non-poisonous gas which is lighter than air. Never inhale helium gas as it is an asphyxiant.
