To ensure orders arrives correctly and on time please help us by providing the full address and postcode of the recipient. If you don't know the postcode we will do our best to find out the postcode using our postcode finder.We will not be held responsible for Balloons which are late or not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address.

All Balloon orders for Next Day Delivery must be received by 2.30 pm.
Balloon Delivery for a Monday must be received by 10.30 am Saturday.
The Balloon in a box gift will arrive with the recipient before 1pm on your chosen day.

Most uk postcodes are guaranteed but some remote postcode areas for special delivery may take longer , Please allow up to 2 days delivery time for the following postcodes : GY1, GY9, HS2, HS5, HS6, HS7, HS8, HS9, IV41-45, IV55-56, PA61, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, ZE2-3. Please allow up to 3 days delivery for the following postcodes Kw16-17, PH42, PH43-44.

All BFPO deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the next day and cannot be sent if final destination is outside the UK. We cannot be liable for late delivery to these areas if insufficient time has been given when ordering.

CAN I CHOOSE THE DELIVERY DATE ?

WHAT TIME WILL MY BALLOON GIFT BE DELIVERED ?

WILL A SIGNATURE BE REQUIRED ?

Yes a signature will be required from anyone at the delivery address. The box can not be left without a signature.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS HOME ?

Royal Mail will leave a card giving instructions on where to collect the box or how to arrange re-delivery. You can arrange delivery to a neighbour but please let us know in advance via e-mail and a note will be placed on the box with this request (there is no guarantee that this can always be done).

CAN I SENT A BALLOON GIFT TO ANY UK ADDRESS ?

WHAT TIME DOES A ORDER NEED TO BE PLACED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY ?

All orders need to be with us before 2.30pm to guaranteed next day delivery. All orders placed after 2.30pm will be despatched the next working day to be received the day after (Eg a order placed at 4.30 pm on a Monday will be despatched on the Tuesday and will arrive on the Wednesday. Orders for a Monday delivery should be placed before 10.00am on the Saturday before.

DO YOU DELIVER ON BANK HOLIDAYS AND SUNDAYS ?

No we can not deliver on any Bank holidays or sundays due to Royal Mail not working on these days.

HOW LONG SHOULD HELIUM BALLOONS FLOAT FOR ?

Our balloons should float for 5 to 7 days but in many cases balloons can last up to 10 to 15 days in the right conditions. Please note Royal Mail can sometimes store parcels in cold temperatures which may cause the helium to deflate, however when placed in a warm environment the helium will expand again. If kept in the right conditions our balloons have lasted for weeks and weeks.

CAN I REMAIN ANONYMOUS ?

Yes you can remain anonymous if you wish. you will be given the option to leave a message for the gift card at the checkout you may if you wish leave a message without your name or if you wish you can leave it blank. If the recipient phones to ask who ordered the balloon gift we will never disclose the buyers information. All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998. We will never disclose buyers information.
