You have the option to leave a delivery date of your choice at the checkout and you can select your delivery method from the following delivery options.
Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery
Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will be dispatched 1 or 2 days before the delivery date you leave when you place your order. A signature will be required from anyone at the delivery address and this delivery option is traceable online.
Please Note Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st class recorded deliveries the next working day but it's NOT guaranteed to arrive on your specific date . If your balloon requires a guaranteed delivery date you should choose our other delivery option.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm
Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm and will be dispatched the day before the delivery date you leave when you place your order. ( we do not dispatch balloons on Sundays )
Saturday Delivery Dates
Saturday Deliveries are also sent using Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery before 1pm delivery option BUT it's not 100% Guaranteed, 99.8% of balloons sent for a Saturday Delivery do arrive on the Saturday.
Royal Mail can 100% guarantee delivery on a Saturday but the delivery cost would be £8.50 extra. If you would like to pay the extra please contact us by email.
Most uk postcodes are guaranteed but some remote postcode areas for special delivery may take longer , Please allow up to 2 days delivery time for the following postcodes : GY1, GY9, HS2, HS5, HS6, HS7, HS8, HS9, IV41-45, IV55-56, PA61, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, ZE2-3. Please allow up to 3 days delivery for the following postcodes Kw16-17, PH42, PH43-44.
We can deliver balloon in a box gifts to all UK addresses including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
To ensure balloon orders arrive correctly and on time please help us by providing the full address and postcode of the recipient. If you don't know the postcode we will do our best to find out the postcode using our postcode finder. We will not be held responsible for Balloons which are late or not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address.
All BFPO deliveries cannot be guaranteed to arrive on the next day and cannot be sent if final destination is outside the UK. We cannot be liable for late delivery to these areas if insufficient time has been given when ordering.
Please be aware that we are NOT able to dispatch and deliver balloons on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Order Cut Off Times
All Balloon orders for Next Day Delivery must be received by 3.30 pm.
Balloon deliveries for a Monday must be received by 10.30 am Saturday before the Monday.
You have the option to leave a delivery date at the checkout. Balloon deliveries are made 6 days a week Monday to Saturday but NO Bank Holidays or Sundays.

Yes, you can order a balloon delivery days, week's or even months in advance. Please leave your delivery date at the checkout.
What time will my balloon in a box be delivered?
Balloons sent using Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery will arrive before 1pm on your chosen delivery date Guaranteed.
Balloons sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery can arrive at anytime.
Yes, For your complete peace of mind both delivery options requires a signature from anyone at the delivery address. The balloon in a box can not be left without a signature.
What happens if nobody is home?
Royal Mail will leave a card giving instructions on where to collect the balloon in a box or how to arrange re-delivery. You can arrange delivery to a neighbour but please let us know in advance via e-mail and a note will be placed on the box with this request (there is no guarantee that this can always be done).
Can I send a balloon gift to any UK address?
Yes we will delivery a Balloon in a box gift to any uk address. All Balloon in a box gifts sent to Hospitals, Hotels, Military bases and Business addresses will be delivered to a main reception area for internal despatch.
What time does a balloon order need to be placed for next day delivery?
All orders need to be with us before 3.30pm for next day delivery. All orders placed after 3.30pm will be despatched the next working day to be received the day after (Eg a order placed at 4.30 pm on a Monday will be despatched on the Tuesday and will arrive on the Wednesday. Orders for a Monday delivery should be placed before 10.30am on the Saturday before.
Do you deliver balloons on Bank Holidays and Sundays?
No sorry. we can not deliver on any Bank holidays or sundays due to Royal Mail not working on these days.
How do I know that you have received my balloon order?
If you leave your email address at the checkout when you place your order, we will always sent you a confirmation e-mail to let you know your order for your Balloon in a box gift has been received.
Can i track and trace my balloon delivery?
Yes both our delivery options can be tracked online. We will always try to send you a email when your Balloon in a box gift has been despatched with a 13 digit tracking reference number, simply enter the reference number at the Royal Mail web site (CLICK HERE for royal mail) and you will be able to track and trace your Balloon in a box delivery.
Can I still place a balloon order if I live abroad?
Yes we can process international payments using Paypal as long as the Balloon delivery is for a UK address.

PLEASE NOTE :
Balloons which are transported by air (Channel islands, Northern Ireland and Scotland) could burst on very rare occasions due to the result of air pressure. Bubble Bobble Balloons cannot accept responsbility if this happens because this is beyond our control. Customers orders for these destinations at their own risk.
How long should helium balloons float for?
Our balloons should float for 5 to 7 days but in many cases balloons can last up to 10 to 15 days in the right conditions. Please note Royal Mail can sometimes store parcels in cold temperatures which may cause the helium to deflate, however when placed in a warm environment the helium will expand again. If kept in the right conditions our balloons have lasted for weeks and weeks.
Yes you can remain anonymous if you wish. you will be given the option to leave a message for the gift card at the checkout you may if you wish leave a message without your name or if you wish you can leave it blank. If the recipient phones to ask who ordered the balloon gift we will never disclose the buyers information. All information is stored securely, collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data protection Act 1998. We will never disclose buyers information.
